What does LSR do for you?
General pension
Lifetime pension payments in retirement: With LSR you receive lifetime pension payments – the longer you contribute to the fund, the larger monthly pension payments you‘ll receive. See here for further information on lifetime pension savings.
Other pension benefits: You might also earn the right to disability pension, and in the event of your death, your spouse and children earn a right for a spouse‘s pension and child‘s pension.
Mortgage loans
Pension fund members are eligible for mortgage loans with LSR. We offer both inflation-indexed and non-indexed loans, and also give you the opportunity of mixing these two options with a hybrid mortgage.

Private Pension Savings:
Get a raise through LSR! If you apply for private pension savings at LSR your employer will provide a counter-contribution of 2% - effectively giving you a 2% raise. The employers‘ contribution, along with your contribution of either 2% or 4%, will be invested in LSR‘s S-division, providing you additional pension payments, available to you from the age of 60.
Example: If you contribute 2% to private pension savings from the age of 25, from wages of 500,000 kr./month, your employer will provide an additional counter-contribution of 10,000 kr. At the age of 67, your fund could be 22,600,000 kr. with reasonable investment return. If you would choose to get this amount paid back over 10 years, that would provide you with monthly payments of 222,705 kr. This would be an add-on to the payments you‘ll get from your lifetime pension payments. For this example, the lifetime pension would amount to 421,732 kr. per month.
The sooner you begin saving towards a private pension, the better – although it‘s never too late to begin!
