Plan I
The weighting of stocks is higher than the weighting of bonds and there is more emphasis on foreign assets. Therefore, this plan carries the most risk, but at the same time, there are expectations that it will yield better returns over a longer period of time. Best suited for younger people who have many years until retirement.
Annual nominal return by plan
Special Plan – automatic transfer between investment plans
You can request to transfer your balance between private pension plans or transfer your premium payments to a new private pension plan at any time. To do so, you fill out an application for a change to the private pension agreement.
The Special Plan is, however, a convenient way to automatically transfer the private pension savings to Plan III when the payout of the private pension draws near. In this way, the risk is reduced and the balance remains more stable in the last few years before payout.
With the Special Plan, you choose to accumulate the private pension savings in either Plan I or Plan II for the first few years, but at the age of 55 the balance is automatically transferred to Plan III in equal phases. In this way, you do not have to specifically request the transfer of balance or premium payments to Plan III.
Private Pension’s Investment Policy
The investment policy of LSR’s Private Pension states the priorities for the return on funds. The goal is to ensure a good return while also limiting risk as much as possible. This is done through the correct combination of assets and careful decision-making regarding investments and custody of the funds' assets.
The LSR Board of Directors reviews the investment policies of the private pension funds at least once a year, and sets out goals for their composition of assets. Changes that have occurred in domestic and foreign securities markets, changes that have occurred in the environment of the pension funds and other external conditions that affect their operations and working environment are also taken into account.
Every month, the Private Pension's information summary is published, where you can follow the exchange rate trend of the last 12 months and the asset composition of the funds.
Further numerical information can also be found on the plans' investment pages.
