Due Diligence Check for Borrowers on My Pages

LSR now displays a due diligence check to members who have a mortgage loan with the Fund after they log in to My Pages. The check is short and simple and usually takes less than a minute to complete.

The Fund is legally required to carry out such due diligence checks among its borrowers on a regular basis. The questions cover:

Employment status
The beneficial owner of the funds used to repay the loan
The origin of the funds used for the repayment
Whether the borrower or closely related parties fall into a risk category due to political connections

The check is only shown to LSR members who have a mortgage loan and appears when logging in to My Pages. It is necessary to complete the check before continuing. After it has been completed, two years will pass before it is presented again.
