Due to a Supreme Court ruling in case no. 55/2024, LSR will for the time being only process applications for indexed loans with fixed interest rates for the entire loan term.

Non-indexed loans and indexed loans with interest rates reviewed every 36 months are therefore not available from the fund at this time.
